As a result of a strategic restructure the business now seeks to appoint a HR Manager in The Netherlands to be based at their Uden manufacturing facility.

 

Job Description

Reporting into the International HR Director, this is a key role within the senior Netherlands management team where you will be responsible to lead Human Resources with the full scope of HR functions including: salaried and non-salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement, organizational design and change, talent management, for an organization with approx. 250 employees. You also determine HR strategy for The Netherlands business in line with the international HR vision and you supervise and coach the HR team to leverage team capabilities.

 

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. You have at least 5 years experience with HR Management responsibilities, preferably within an international organization and you have a sound knowledge of labor laws and government requirements.
