HR AdvisorPosition is fulltime (4 days is not acceptable!)Job description:The HR Advisor is a key role within the local HR team. The reporting line is to the HR Leader, other key business partners are the business leader of the respective client group, as well as the Western Europe and Global Banking HQ HR teams.The HR Advisor will be responsible for full function HR generalist activities for a defined employee client group in banking/ regulated environment:
* Staffing: identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates, facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with management
* Organization Development: drive HR processes such as annual HR review (Session C), organizational effectiveness and performance management
* Compensation Planning: partner with management and Global Banking C&B team to define salary and bonus planning for the employee client group, under the conditions of the Banking Collective Labour Agreement
* Employee Relations: act as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies/procedures
* responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching
* Training: work with Global Banking training manager to assess, develop and deliver training programs as needed
* develop, implement and measure program initiatives/ projects to meet organization goals
Job profile:
* Master's degree, preferably in Law, Business or related discipline
* minimum of 5 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility, including staffing/recruiting, compensation and benefits, employment laws and regulations and employee relations
* good understanding and overview of the banking regulatory environment / Dutch Labour Law
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
* change agent and ability to work under pressure
* unquestionable integrity
* experience with Hire Systems and Oracle HR
* banking industry experience preferred
* fluent in English and Dutch
Salary:Between 3.000 and 4.000 euro based on 36 hours ex 13th month.
